For setting up the Twitter bot, please go through the Lecture 2 slides.

In order to get access rights for writing for the app, please go to this website: https://support.twitter.com/forms/platform. Then choose "My application is restricted from performing write actions".

There have been questions about the APP ID. I used this one, as shown in the image below:

Then please fill in all the fields and to the Details section, please write the following:

"I am a student from The University of Helsinki and I am taking a course "The Computational Foundations of Linguistic Creativity". Unfortunately in Finland I cannot associate my account with my phone. I was wondering, could you please allow the write and direct messages access to my app? Thank you in advance, <NAME>".
