TELA is an environment facilitating experimentation with attribute-based
inductive learning algorithms. It is an open system supporting data
transformations and format conversions, desing and incremental execution 
of experiments, algorithm comparisons and provides several facilities for
semiautomatic inclusion of new attribute-based learning algorithms.
At the moment TELA works in SunOS/SPARC environment.

FILES IN THIS DIRECTORY

Tela is available in two formats - with of without source codes. The 
source code distribution is a superset of the normat distribution. Thus,
you never need to download more than one package.
