I have attach following files containing postscript files of the papers that
are candidates of the Fröberg prize.

Our mail systems use MIME-coding. If you have difficulties with the attached
files program mmdecode might help. The files can also be obtained from ftp site 
ftp.cs.helsinki.fi. Files can be found from the directory 
    pub/Nordic_Journal_of_Computing/Froberg_Prize

The files can be obtained through anonymous ftp, as follows:
% ftp ftp.cs.helsinki.fi

Password: <your email address>

Please notice that file names cannot be seen. If you try to list the file 
names message "No files found" is printed. This is because files are only
availble for you and you can obtain files using names giving above.
